"I never had to worry while I was away."

I have used Fairydust Services to pet sit for my 2 dogs for the past year. I would still be using their services, but my 2 old girls (Sassy and Zowie) have since passed away recently, and I no longer have a need. In the time that Fairydust cared for my girls, they were always professional, but most importantly, caring and loving. From the moment that I met Donna, I knew that my girls would be in good hands. Donna took the time to take a history of my pets and made sure to get their likes, dislikes, and habits. This made me feel very comfortable knowing that Fairydust was going to treat my girls the same ‘silly ways’ that I did. Fairydust was present in my Sassy’s final hours. Donna was attentive and loving and had my and Sassy’s best interest at heart. She would have done anything that I needed in my absence. She was wonderful and I knew that her and her staff truly cared for both of my girls while I was away from home. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for the care that you gave to my 'two girls' in the short time that they were in their lives. If I could not be at home to care for my dogs, knowing Fairydust and her staff were, was always a comfort to me and I never had to worry while I was away. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Donna and the crew at Fairydust are fantastic. Finding them has truly been magical. My life is easier now that I come home to a reliably clean house. It is comforting to know that people who take care of my house and my cats are part of a reputable business with a mission and set of values that they follow. They work above and beyond a simple job description and really look out for their clients. For example, Donna was the first to alert me to a worm that infected my address list and this helped me take care of the problem quickly. They are much more than a cleaning service!!

My husband and I have had the opportunity to call on FairyDust Services several times over the past few months, and we are absolutely delighted with the services provided. Donna, the Chief Fairy, visits our home as many times as are required, caring for our babies and taking steps to deter crime by collecting mail / newspapers and making our home look ‘lived-in’. She always goes above and beyond, making sure everything is perfect. I was particularly impressed with her creativity and problem solving on one occasion when ants invaded the area where one of the babies eats. Rather than moving the food, which is stressful for some animals, Donna placed the food dish in a pan of water to keep the ants out! Donna always leaves a note for us, letting us know everything that went on while we were gone and how the babies responded to her. To ensure continuity of care, Donna requires us to call her when we are home safe. I have no doubt in my mind that if Donna did not get that call, she would continue caring for our pets until we were home safe. How reassuring is that?!! Great job, Donna! Thanks for the peace of mind!
